ARE BEEF RIBS SAFE FOR DOGS?
Our maxi roasted beef rib is safe for medium and large dog breed sizes. It is also suitable for puppies aged over 4 months.
However, cooked beef ribs are not safe for dogs, as it could splinter, causing serious health problems such as choking or damage to your dog's digestive system.
Although raw beef ribs may be slightly safer, our air dried beef rib provides the safest option whilst still delivering on the great flavour, nutrients and health benefits of a raw bone. Make sure to regularly supervise your dogs chewing habits and swap over treats and chew toys.
Feed no more than one per day, as a treat or reward as part of a healthy, balanced diet. If you are unsure on how much to feed, please consult your dog's vet.
Suitable for all breeds and sizes. We recommend that they should be fed to puppies older than 6 months.
